Description: Wheeling Jesuit University, founded in 1954, is the youngest of America's 28 Jesuit colleges and the only one that has been coeducational from the beginning. The University aims to develop men and women who think clearly and act wisely, with courage, competence, and compassion. Wheeling Jesuit University combines preprofessional majors with those in traditional arts and sciences. In addition to 36 undergraduate programs and majors, the University offers master's degrees in Physical Therapy, Business Administration, Accountancy, Nursing and Applied Theology.
